Alarm Pro Inc is an authorized dealer of ADT security systems. We provide:

• Free security consultations and assessments
• Security system quotes and pricing information
• Coordination of ADT security system installations
• Customer support and service coordination
• Information about home security products and services

3.2 No Direct Installation or Monitoring

Alarm Pro Inc does not directly install or monitor security systems. We coordinate services with ADT and its authorized service providers. Actual installation and monitoring services are provided by ADT and its affiliates.

3.3 Third-Party Services

ADT security system installation, equipment, and monitoring services are subject to:

• ADT’s own terms and conditions
• ADT’s service agreements and contracts
• ADT’s pricing and payment terms
• ADT’s equipment warranties and guarantees

You will enter into a separate agreement directly with ADT for security system services.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Services

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Indirect, Incidental, Special, Consequential, or Punitive Damages including but not limited to:

• Loss of use or business interruption

• Personal injury

Direct Damages exceeding the amount of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 No Liability for Third Parties

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alarm Pro Inc, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Site or Services
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any false or misleading information you provide
• Any unauthorized use of the Site through your account
• Your installation or use of security equipment
